Developers: FullMemoryByteSlice

FullMemoryByteSlice is a simple concrete subclass of ByteSlice that stores its data internally in-memory. It is used in cases where the amount of data is small and sharing is unlikely, or for testing purposes because its simple implementation is more likely to be correct. Uses of FullMemoryByteSlice, outside of testing, should be vetted for cases where SharedMemoryByteSlice would be more efficient.
